Individual Therapy for Adults

I provide individual therapy for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns—especially in relationships where things don’t seem to change, no matter how hard you try.

You may be used to holding it all together on the outside, while inside it feels like a different story.

Together, we slow things down and make sense of what’s happening underneath so things can start to shift in a real, lasting way.

Relationship Transitions
& Relationship Stress

Relationship stress can feel confusing and emotionally draining—especially when you feel stuck, torn, or unsure how to move forward. You may find yourself questioning whether things can change, navigating a transition, or noticing the same patterns repeating despite your best efforts.

You might recognize yourself if you’re:

Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward in a relationship

Overthinking conversations or second-guessing yourself

People-pleasing or trying to keep the peace at your own expense

Feeling emotionally reactive, worn down, or disconnected

Going back and forth about whether things can change

I work with adults navigating relationship transitions who want to slow things down, understand their reactions, and respond with greater steadiness and self-trust.

Life Transitions Therapy

Life transitions—even positive ones—can bring anxiety, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. Changes like moving, career shifts, retirement, relationship changes, or loss can stir up conflicting emotions all at once.

In our work, we slow things down and make sense of what’s happening internally. We gently explore the parts of you that may be overthinking, seeking control, or struggling with uncertainty—without pressure to “figure it all out.”

Together, we focus on building steadiness and self-trust—so you can move through change with greater clarity and ease.

When Stress Show Up
In Your Body

Sometimes overwhelm doesn’t just stay in your thoughts—it shows up physically.

This can look like tension, fatigue, or symptoms that don’t fully make sense medically.

I also work from a mind–body perspective, helping you understand how stress and your nervous system may be connected to what you’re experiencing.

How I Work

My approach is less about applying a specific method and more about helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

We slow things down and get curious—so patterns begin to shift, not just make sense.

I integrate a parts-based approach (often known as Internal Family Systems), mind–body awareness, and practical tools to support change in your day-to-day life.

For clients who desire it, faith and spirituality can also be thoughtfully integrated into our work.

Based in Cedar Park, TX I work with adults locally and throughout Texas, Ohio, and Michigan via telehealth.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you understand the different parts of yourself that show up during stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Rather than trying to “fix” these reactions, we approach them with curiosity and compassion—helping you feel more grounded, calm, and in control.

How We’ll Work Together

Therapy is collaborative, paced, and tailored to your needs. Sessions may include conversation, gentle exploration of emotional patterns, mindfulness or body-based awareness, and practical tools to support daily life.

You set the pace. We focus on building safety, self-understanding, and sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
