Coaching for Stress, Relationships, and Life Transitions

Sometimes you don’t need therapy, you need space to think clearly, stay grounded, and navigate what’s right in front of you.

Coaching offers a more present-focused, practical kind of support, helping you move forward with clarity.

When coaching might be a good fit

Coaching may be helpful if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or stuck, but are functioning day-to-day

  • Are navigating relationship stress or a life transition

  • Want support making a decision or figuring out next steps

  • Are looking for tools to stay grounded in the moment

  • Are traveling or located outside of Texas, Ohio, or Michigan

What coaching looks like

Our work together is focused on what’s happening right now and how to move forward in a steady, intentional way.

Coaching may include:

  • Clarifying your goals and what matters most to you

  • Strengthening boundaries and communication

  • Building awareness of patterns and responses

  • Practicing tools to stay grounded (such as mindfulness or breathing)

  • Creating simple, realistic next steps

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions or deeper therapeutic processing.

If you’re looking for in-depth work around anxiety, past experiences, or emotional healing, you can learn more about therapy here.

A note about location

I provide therapy to clients located in Texas, Ohio, and Michigan.

If you’re located outside of those states, coaching may be an option for continued support.
