• Therapy is for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, supported, and aligned in their life.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Think of therapy like an oil change for your mental health—you don’t wait until something breaks down to take care of it. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, family dynamics, anxiety, life transitions, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can help.

Many people come to therapy because they’re tired of carrying things alone or repeating patterns that no longer serve them. All you need is a willingness to show up and be curious about yourself.ption

  • Therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, safety, and curiosity. It begins with getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried before, and what you’d like to feel different in your life.

Sessions are a space to slow down, reflect, and gently explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be creating stress or feeling stuck. Together, we work at a pace that feels supportive, helping you build insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools you can use between sessions.

Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about understanding yourself more fully, strengthening your inner resources, and creating meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • That uncertainty is very common—and completely okay.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. In fact, many people start feeling unsure, skeptical, or simply curious. Therapy is a collaborative process, and part of our work together is gently exploring what’s bringing you in and what kind of support feels most helpful for you.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to sort through it at your own pace. A brief conversation can often help you decide whether this feels like the right next step.

  • Many people wonder this, especially if they’ve spent years putting everyone else first.

Therapy is an investment in your emotional health, relationships, and overall quality of life. When you have support to understand yourself more deeply, regulate stress, and shift long-standing patterns, the benefits often ripple into every area of life—work, family, health, and peace of mind.

You don’t have to be in crisis for therapy to be worthwhile. Many clients come to therapy to feel more grounded, gain clarity, and create lasting change rather than continuing to push through on their own.

  • My session fees are as follows:

    • Intake Session (50-60 minutes) $200

    • Individual Counseling (60 minutes): $180

    • Individual Life Coaching (4-50 minute sessions | minimum 3 month commitment ) $600

If you have questions about which session type is the best fit, I’m happy to talk it through during a brief consultation.

  • I do not accept insurance directly. Clients are responsible for session fees at the time of service.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your insurance provider. I provide a monthly automated superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your mental health benefits.

Clients are responsible for submitting claims and any remaining balances.

  • I offer flexible therapy options to meet clients where they are, both emotionally and logistically.

Telehealth therapy is available for clients located in Texas, Ohio, and Michigan, and online and in-person sessions are offered at the same rate.

In-person counseling in Columbus, Ohio will continue through January 28, 2025, at my current office location. As I prepare to relocate to the Austin, Texas area, in-person services in Ohio will pause after that date. I plan to re-establish in-person therapy services in Texas and will share updates as that timeline becomes clear.

Telehealth services will continue uninterrupted throughout this transition.
