Meet Kelley Kramer,
Licensed Professional Counselor

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change, or carrying more than your share in relationships—you’re not alone.

I’m Kelley, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I work with adults who are ready to understand what’s happening inside and create meaningful change.

Together, we slow things down, get curious, and create a space where you can feel understood and reconnect with yourself.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, experiencing relationship stress, or going through meaningful life transitions.

Many clients come to therapy wanting to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and respond to life with greater calm and confidence.

Clients often reach out for support with:

-Feeling anxious or on edge most of the time

-Racing thoughts or trouble shutting your mind off

-A recent breakup, relationship strain, or ongoing conflict

-Ongoing physical symptoms like tension, fatigue, or pain that don’t fully make sense

-People-pleasing, overthinking, or second-guessing yourself

-Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or easily irritated

-Relationship anxiety or obsessive worries about your relationship

-Feeling disconnected from yourself or others

At the heart of my work is this:

We are designed for relationship.

We are wounded in relationship, and we are healed in relationship.

Sometimes, in an effort to stay connected to others, we lose ourselves.

The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.

We adapt. Override our needs. Become who we think we need to be.

It’s about returning to who you’ve always been — so you can show up in your relationships without losing yourself.

Healing is not about becoming someone new.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, gentle, and tailored to each client. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, understood, and respected, not rushed or pressured to “fix” yourself.

I primarily work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, integrating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral tools, and mind-body awareness. We go at your pace and focus on helping you build clarity, emotional steadiness, and self-compassion.

Spiritually-Integrated Counseling

For clients who desire it, I offer therapy that thoughtfully integrates Christian faith and spirituality. Sessions are always guided by your beliefs, values, and lived experience, and I remain open, respectful, and inclusive of people from all faith backgrounds—or no faith at all.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients often describe sessions as calm, supportive, and grounding. You set the pace, and we focus on building trust, self-understanding, and sustainable change—rather than quick fixes.

An Invitation

I believe deeply in your capacity for growth and meaningful change. My intention is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s coming up for you, build practical tools, and move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned—an inspired life.

Curious if we might be a good fit? I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
